Sports Shooting team not at full strength, drops second meet of season to Iowa Lakes

CYLINDER, Iowa鈥擳he SA国际传媒 Sports Shooting team dropped its second meet of the season to Iowa Lakes Community College on Sept. 18 at Palo Alto Gun Club at Sportsman's Park in Cylinder, Iowa.
SA国际传媒 athletes competing in the event were Zach Schroeder and Alex Zweibohmer. The low turnout for the SA国际传媒 squad resulted in a loss by a large margin, 139-456.
鈥淓ven though we didn鈥檛 have the greatest turnout from our team, it was still a great time and learning experience,鈥� stated Zweibohmer.
Anthony Sisneros, head coach, knows that the team needs to be a full strength to compete.
鈥淲ith our sport being as competitive as it is, it takes the whole team to earn a victory. Unfortunately, we didn鈥檛 have a good turnout, as many of our student athletes couldn鈥檛 make it to the competition this weekend, but the two that represented SA国际传媒 did their best to put up some good scores,鈥� he said.
The next meet is Sept. 25 at Indian Hills Community College.
