Strategic Plan 2023-25

Strategic planning at SA国际传媒 is ongoing, systematic, inclusive and collaborative, involving faculty and staff, students, partners, community members and more. The strategic plan is the guiding document that holds the College employees mutually accountable for achieving strategic goals and making data-driven decisions by providing clear, consistent goals that move SA国际传媒 forward through continuous improvement.

The Board of Trustees approves the SA国际传媒 strategic plan, which follows a three-year cycle with annual outcome reports.
